- You can unsubscribe, see your information, or ask us to delete it anytime.
Who we are
This site, create-my-life.com, is run by Dale Dubberley, author of CREATE Your Extraordinary Life in 6 Weeks™, from Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. We follow British Columbia's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA), Canada's federal privacy law (PIPEDA) where it applies, and Canada's anti-spam law (CASL). Questions about your information go to info@create-my-life.com.
What we collect
When you ask for the free workbook: your first name and email address, and the date you confirmed your sign-up.
When you subscribe to the Extraordinary Life Toolkit™: your name and email, the answers you give in each week's guided questions, and the tools created from them. Payment is handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
When you visit the site: our host keeps standard technical logs, such as your IP address and browser type, to keep the site secure and running. We don't use advertising cookies or sell browsing data. If that ever changes, we'll update this page first.
How we use it
- To send the workbook you asked for.
- To send occasional emails about CREATE, which you agreed to when you confirmed your sign-up. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link.
- To create your weekly tools from your answers, and keep them in your private toolkit while you subscribe.
- To manage your subscription and answer your questions.
We read individual answers only if you ask us to help with something, or to fix a problem with your toolkit.
Who helps us
A few trusted services do the work behind the scenes. Each one only gets what it needs for its job. Some store information in the United States, so it may be subject to US law.

How long we keep it
- Email sign-ups: until you unsubscribe. After that we keep only your email address on a do-not-contact list, so we never email you by mistake.
- Toolkit answers and tools: for as long as you subscribe, so you can revise your vision and create new tools anytime. If you cancel, we delete them 30 days later. Download anything you want to keep before then.
- Payment records: as long as tax law requires.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe using the link at the bottom of any email.
- See, correct or delete your information by writing to info@create-my-life.com. We'll reply within 30 days.
- Complain to the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner for British Columbia, or the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada, if you're not happy with how we handled a request.
A few more things
CREATE is a personal growth program for adults. It isn't intended for anyone under 18, and it isn't medical or mental health care.
We protect your information with encrypted connections and access limited to the people who run CREATE. No system is perfect, so if something ever goes wrong that affects you, we'll tell you.
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. If a change affects how we use your answers, we'll email subscribers before it takes effect.
